:: 12-week accelerated results program conducted in a small-group setting.
:: 1-on-1 session at the start of the program to establish goals and 1 session at the end of the program to measure your success.
:: 3 weekly cardio & resistance training workouts with your group.
:: Each group works with a certified Personal Trainer who is specially trained in the principles of exercise and nutrition. This expertise helps you achieve optimum weight loss and maintain the loss throughout your life.

F.I.T. Personal Training
F.I.T. stands for Fun Intense Training at Harbour Island Athletic Club. F.I.T. is a high energy class designed for groups of 8-12 individuals who are eager to work on bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, stability balls, stretch bands, and fun exercise games.
