Regrets & Cancellations
Spa sessions are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require:
:: 24 hours advance notice for individual appointments
:: 48 hours notice for spa packages
:: 72 hours notice for groups of 3 or more
Appointments cancelled in less than the required time and no shows will be billed at the full published rate.
